Our Process

Structured engagement designed to protect both buyers and sellers through verification, documentation, and direct communication across select physical commodities.

1

Commercial Alignment

Initial discussions establish product specifications, volume requirements, delivery basis, timeline, and commercial structure.

This step ensures clear alignment before documentation is requested or seller time is engaged.

2

Buyer Qualification

Documentation review is conducted to verify buyer identity, capacity, and intent. Requirements vary by commodity group:

  • Refined & Marine Fuels (EN590, Jet A-1, Bunker Fuels): CIS + LOI
  • Gold: KYC/CIS + LOI (plus POF if required by the seller)

Qualification is standard market practice and confirms readiness prior to seller engagement.

3

Seller Verification

A mandatory video call with the seller mandate is conducted following alignment and qualification.

During this call, the seller confirms allocation, execution capability, and operational parameters prior to contracting.

Seller engagement occurs only after documentation and verification are complete.

4

Execution

Following successful verification, parties proceed to contracting, inspection or assay (as applicable), and delivery or custody transfer in accordance with agreed terms.
